This is an easy lasagna and your family will LOVE it! You have read me mention it several times in my blog before.
What you will need.
3 cups Cooked Extra Wide Egg Noodles
1 cup Evaporated Milk
4 oz of Cream Cheese
1 lb of Ground Beef
1 jar (16 oz) of Spaghetti Sauce
2 cups of Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Lets get started!
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Get your water started to boil
Brown your meat and drain.
Add the Spaghetti Sauce. Cook until warm and set aside or leave on warm.
When water starts to boil add your noodles and cook until tender.
When noodles are close to being done take the cup of evaporated milk and the 4 oz or cream cheese and cut it up into chunks and put both of those in a small bowl and microwave for about 1-2 minute you do not want to add those cold going into the noodles.
Drain your noodles.
Put 3 cups of noodles into a casserole dish.
Add the milk and cream cheese mixture into the noodles and stir until noodles are coated evenly.
Then take your sauce and meat mixture and add that over the noodles.
Then take your Shredded Mozzarella cheese and sprinkle all 2 cups over the top. Put into oven and bake for 25 mins.
Let cool for 10 mins. and then serve.
